For Cancellation, the guest needs to send a mail to hotel email id attaching the booking vouchers.
Bookings done from Online Travel Portals or Travel Agents need to be cancelled from respective travel portals or agencies.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy.
The refund amount if-any will be processed within 15 working days excluding the online payment gateway transaction charges + taxes on transaction charges.
The refund will be processed in the bank accounts stated in your email only.
Any cancellation or no show will not be allowed fee waiver on the day of check-in.
