• For Cancellation, the guest needs to send a mail to hotel email id attaching the booking vouchers.
  • Bookings done from Online Travel Portals or Travel Agents need to be cancelled from respective travel portals or agencies.
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy.
  • The refund amount if-any will be processed within 15 working days excluding the online payment gateway transaction charges + taxes on transaction charges.
  • The refund will be processed in the bank accounts stated in your email only.
  • Any cancellation or no show will not be allowed fee waiver on the day of check-in.
